1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using luxurydating.net (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Luxury Dating. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years old to register for and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

Commercial solicitation — using the Platform to advertise products, services, or other commercial activities without our express written consent
Posting inappropriate content — uploading or sharing content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Violating others' privacy — sharing another member's personal information, messages, or images without their consent
Using the platform for illegal purposes — engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

5. Profile Verification

We review all profiles before they become visible to other members. Our review process is designed to maintain the authenticity and quality of our community. We reserve the right to:

Request additional verification information at any time
Reject profiles that do not meet our community standards
Remove profiles that contain misleading or inappropriate content
Suspend or terminate accounts that fail our verification checks

While we make reasonable efforts to verify member profiles, we cannot guarantee the identity, background, or intentions of any member. You are encouraged to exercise sound judgement in your interactions on the Platform.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software on the Platform — including the "Luxury Dating" name and associated brand elements — are the exclusive intellectual property of Luxury Dating or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content
Use our trademarks, logos, or brand materials in any manner without permission
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Platform

8. User Content

By posting or uploading content to the Platform — including profile information, photographs, and messages — you:

Retain ownership of your content and all associated intellectual property rights
Grant us a licence — a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting our services
Warrant your rights — you represent that you own or have the necessary permissions for all content you post, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party

This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except where your content has been shared with other members and they have retained it, or where retention is required by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we determine — in our sole discretion — violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or its community. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

Violation of the User Conduct provisions set out in Section 4
Provision of false or misleading information
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour
Extended period of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luxury Dating disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components

Warranties concerning the conduct, compatibility, or suitability of any member you may meet through the Platform

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxury Dating, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the Platform
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Any interactions, meetings, or relationships formed through the Platform

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where a different limit is required by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luxury Dating, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from or related to:

Your use of or access to the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
Any content you post, upload, or transmit through the Platform

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any claims.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, Platform functionality, or legal obligations.
